This spacious 1,300 sq. ft.condo provides two bedrooms, two baths, and a loft upstairs. Beautiful view of wooded area in back yard which includes small patio, seating, and small yard. Bedroom 1- Spacious room with king bed, desk area, closet, has access to garage, and next to main level bathroom. Bedroom 2- Enormous room upstairs with king bed and couch. This closet also includes pack n play for toddlers. Next to upstairs bathroom with jetted tub. The kitchen is spacious and open to the dining and living area. Includes tons of cooking utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, and more for your home cooked meals. Living room includes a super fun open flame fireplace with TV and fire stick to use with your favorite tv app accounts (Hulu, Netflix etc.) the living room includes a queen size pullout sofa, bed. *Must login to your own tv streaming account. Our guests have access to seasonal outdoor pool, Tennis courts, and common area bench tables. We also have two adult bikes and various tennis racquets (Warm seasons) and Sleds (Snow Seasons) for you to enjoy. Garage parking for 1 small vehicle (L18'XW9.5'XH6'7"). Also has a large parking lot with parking space on property on a first come first serve basis. Boats and trailers allowed on property, but again on a first come first serve basis, so parking for your toys is not guaranteed **MUST ASK PERMISSION TO PARK TRAILER/BOAT** Enjoy the WILDLIFE in the open backyard and throughout the Aspens condo complex.
