Beautiful 2 bedroom guesthouse in a private setting. Large swimming pool. Cottage style with a large screened in porch, lots of outdoor seating, and dining that seats 8. Great for families! First bedroom has a double bed and the second has bunk beds. Kitchen includes, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric stove top, blender, mini chopper, and waffle maker. Full size refrigerator and washer and dryer also provided. I have a pack and play if needed. Linens and towels provided. Pool is available with signature of waiver of liability. Pool available for guests who sign a liability waiver. Pool access is also open to the Host family but that would be very rare/limited. No loud parties and please be respectful of neighborhood.
