Guests have private access to the entire home except for housekeepers closet and owners closet on the first floor. Extra pillows, electric blanket, beach towels and vacuum are available in the linen closet Guests also have access to beach gear (beach cart, umbrellas with sand stands, chairs, boogie boards and beach toys). Property has two external facing Ring cameras for guest security. Doors are keyless and guests are provided a unique code prior to check in. Host is not onsite and available via the app or phone call. Amazing central location between the two main roads in Kill Devil Hills. Walkable neighborhood that is safe in daylight and after dark. Driveway parking is partially shaded and holds up to 6 vehicles. East access from a stoplight at MP 7.5 Bring your bicycle if you want another option for getting around town without having to find parking. RULES: We truly value your willingness and cooperation in helping to keep our home clean, safe and not damaged in any way. 1. Only the individual who booked the reservation can check-in into the home unless a prior arrangement or acknowledgement from the host has been made. Extra overnight guests other than those indicated on the booking reservation are not allowed. Unregistered overnight guests will be charged a $200/guest per night fee. Max septic capacity is 10 people. 2. Property is NON SMOKING and NON VAPING and an additional $750 ozone cleaning fee will be assessed for any smoking. 3. The property is for residential use only and no parties are permitted. If you host a party with unregistered guests you will be charged a $500 additional cleaning fee and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. 4. PETS are allowed with pet fee. Max of 2 animals per reservation. Please clean up after your pet and keep them on a leash at all times per local ordinances. 5. Early check in may be available with prior arrangement from the host. 6. Late checkouts are not allowed unless a prior arrangement has been made with the host. An additional $50 will be assessed for every 30 minutes past check out time and after 2 hours of holding the property past the indicated check out time, the guest will be assessed a full night fee. 7. Any violation of house rules is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refund. 8. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.
