We are located minutes from the Mall of America, the airport and the beautiful Lake Nokomis. Here for sporting events or just some fun Mpls dining, bars or breweries? The downtown area, the Twins, Vikings and Timerwolves are all 15 minutes away at most. Additionally, minutes from our home are some of the best non-chain eateries and cafes. The main floor has the 2 bedrooms and bathroom along with a living room and kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The third bed is a pull out couch with supplied lines in the chaise. This sofa bed is a full size equivalent. The lower level has the laundry room and an additional living room with many board games and table to play them on. This second living room has an additional TV, couch, rocker recliner and memory foam sac. Please note, this home is a triplex, however, you have your own private entrance to your personal space and there are no shared spaces with any tenants in the triplex. All units in the triplex are private. Everything listed above is included in your own personal Airbnb. Enjoy! You have a private entry and have access to the whole space. The Lake Nokomis area is a very family friendly area, excellent for walking, biking, running, etc. In the winter you can find outdoor skating rinks and local snow hills for sledding. It is full of restaurants, breweries and nightlife is not far away. Uber and Lyft are always a sure bet, however, the home is not far from a bus line. More info will be provided in your Welcome Book. As indicated above, this is a triplex with 2 other units that have their own private entry as well. There are NO shared spaces. The free parking is on-street and there is generally plenty available close to the house. Please do not park in the alley or driveway as the garage and driveway are owned by a different tenet.
