This is one of few places in the Hill country that is 5 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg and feels like your in the countryside. Its located on 43 acres, offers a plethora of exotic wildlife. As you drive in, there's an old style wooden covered bridge crossing a pond with cascading waterfalls! You are welcome to fish at the pond or our creek out back. We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and appliances. We do supply coffee, sugar,and cream. NOTE: We do allow at least 24 hours between checkout and check-in to allow for thorough cleaning and sanitizing. Each of our room is set up like an apartment with full kitchen, big bathrooms with jet tubs and walk in showers. This apartment has 1 king bed and a living room area with a couch. (*If you want to bring 1 or you happen to bring 1 extra Adult person it’s a 20$ Fee for the roll away bed.*) the couch isn’t big enough for an adult to sleep on. Suites 1 and 2 can open up to each other, also suite 3 and 4 do the same. There is a covered back porch also an open patio area too. (Unfortunately at this time we aren’t taking weddings) ~If you would like to book for a Wedding or other event with up to 50 people, there will be an additional fee between $2,000 and $5,000. Unfortunately do to limited space we can only hold up to 50 people for an event. We do provide the tables, black chairs and white tablecloths. Thanks~ Your welcome to use the fire pit/grill, tennis court, basketball court, playground, and walk around the pond and creek while your on your stay. You will need to bring your own tennis equipment, basketball, fishing poles, and charcoal/firewood. You may contact me for any questions before, during, or after your stay. -Please no pets of any kind, it’s for the protection of your pet plus the ones we have on our property. Also we need to respect our guests who have an allergy to pet dandruff and hair. A fine of $500.00 will be applied to your card if we find that you have still decided to bring a pet. Not including a cleaning fee for pet hair or any other animal waste. We do ask that each guest sign a booking waver. Also we don’t allow guests to go over to animal cages passed dusk and do ask that all guest say behind protective gated fence. Please no feeding the animals or petting them. ~ We have tv’s with Roku, but do not have cable. ~Early check-in is not always available. If you’d like to see if early check-in is available, please ask the day prior to guarantee. ~Please if there is any issues while your staying please let us know while your staying, so I can be sure to fix it for you as soon as possible!!
