This is one of few places in the Hill country and still be 5 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg. Its located on 43 acres, and offers a plethora of exotic wildlife. As you drive in, there will be a second gate, there's an old style wooden covered bridge crossing a pond with cascading waterfalls! You are welcome to fish at the pond or our creek our back. We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans. We do supply coffee, sugar and creamer. This suite has a king size bed and a pull out couch! each room is set up like an apartment with full kitchen, big bathrooms with jet tubs and walk in showers. Penthouse is the very top 3rd floor so you have 2 privet porches and also 2 privet doors to access the suite. There is a covered back porch also an open patio area down below with fire pit. We are very close to town, with in 5 to 8min from Main Street. We have 2 very large patio areas. One that is covered and the other with an out door grill. ~If you would like to book for a Wedding or other event with up to 50 people, there will be an additional fee between $2,000 and $5,000. Unfortunately do to limited space we can only hold up to 50 people for an event. We do provide the tables, black chairs and white tablecloths. Thanks~ You can enjoy the tennis court, basketball court, creek and pond fishing, fire pit, playground, and out door patio areas we have a covered area and a lower open patio. We live very close to town like a 5 to 8 min drive to main. This is nice cause your close to all the shopping, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores but you still feel like your out in the country. The creek is a added plus and all the out door activities you can do makes our place one of a kinda. Your welcome to walk all around just no walking freely in the front area that has the mini donkeys and Buffalo. They do feeding at about 10am your welcome to watch and walk with the ranch hands. I apologize for not take dogs or any other pets but the property owners have strict rules about animals. We do have many guests that stay with severe allergies and plus with all the animals already on the property it’s for the safety of them and your pets. A fine of $500.00 will be applied to your card if we find that you have still decided to bring a pet. Not including a cleaning fee for pet hair or any other animal waste.
