This is one of few places in the Hill country and still be 5 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg. Its located on 43 acres, and offers a plethora of exotic wildlife. As you drive in, there will be a second gate, there's an old style wooden covered bridge crossing a pond with cascading waterfalls! You are welcome to fish at the pond or our creek our back. We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans. We do supply coffee, sugar and creamer. NOTE: We do allow at least 24 hours between checkout and check-in to allow for thorough cleaning and sanitizing. Each room is set up like an apartment with full kitchen, big bathrooms with jet tubs and walk in showers. This apartment has 1 king bed and a living room area with a couch. (*If you want to bring or bring an extra Adult person it’s a 20$ Fee for the roll away bed.*) the couch isn’t big enough for an adult to sleep on. Suites 1 and 2 open up to each other, also suite 3 and 4 do the same. There is a covered back porch also an open patio area too. Any event involving large groups of people on the property does require an event fee. Unfortunately do to limited space we can only hold up to 50 people for an event. We do provide the tables, black chairs and white tablecloths. Thanks~ You welcome to use the tennis court, basketball court, playground, fire pit/grill, pond and creek to walk or fish. You will need to bring your own tennis equipment, basketball, fishing poles, and charcoal/firewood. Please if you have any questions or need help with anything don’t hesitate to call. We live very close to town like a 5 to 8 min drive to main. This is nice cause your close to all the shopping, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores but you still feel like your out in the country. The creek is a added plus and all the out door activities you can do makes our place one of a kinda. We have taxis and Uber -Please no pets of any kind, it’s for the protection of your pet plus the ones we have on our property. Also we need to respect our guests who have an allergy to pet dandruff and hair. A fine of $500.00 will be applied to your card if we find that you have still decided to bring a pet. Not including a cleaning fee for pet hair or any other animal waste. We have lots of great our door areas that you all can enjoy, but we do ask that all guests and guests friends or family that might be visiting stay behind any restricted areas. That includes not feeding or petting any of the Animals. This is for the protection of you and our animals. ~ We have tv’s with Roku, but do not have cable. ~Early check-in is not always available. If you’d like to see if early check-in is available, please ask the day prior to guarantee. ~Please if there is any issues while your staying please let us know while your staying, so I can be sure to fix it for you as soon as possible!!
