This mid century home is located on a beautiful hill top acre featuring amazing Oro Valley city views that stretch across the valley- 45 miles to a distant view of Picacho peak. On the other side are stellar views of Pusch Ridge and the Catalina mountains, so close, you'll feel as if you can touch them. Walk or drive just 3 minutes through the neighborhood to the Pima Canyon trail head. Shopping and restaurants are just below. The pool is not currently heated but the jacuzzi is hot and ready! Also included are, Reverse Osmosis purified Water, Washer & Dryer, Basic cable, fast internet, three smart TV's placed in the living room and two of the guest rooms, computer room/office space with printer, gas fireplace, and swimming pool (Not Heated). Enjoy our amazing heated Jacuzzi. Step outside and choose your view with three areas of patio furniture to relax and enjoy. Enjoy a short walk on the nature trail down and around the north side of the estate. The whole house is accessible, the garage is closed for a short time while home improvement work is in progress. Suffolk Hills, situated just minutes from downtown Tucson, boasts beautiful views, and shopping/dining at your fingertips Royal Suffolk is just a half mile up the hill from shopping and dining. It's a 3-mile drive to Foothills Mall, 4-mile drive to Tucson Mall and Downtown Tucson is just 9.5 miles. The Pima Canyon hiking trail is a 5-minute drive from the house. Oro Valley Aquatic Center, Platinum Fitness, Orange Theory, and LA Fitness are less than 10-minute drive. We want our guests to enjoy their time at Royal Suffolk and we will try our very best to accommodate any needs in the most friendly and hospitable way possible. You'll find a users guide located on the kitchen counter that will help you with tech questions you might have about how things work in the home and of course we're always avail to help via phone and text. not included in the instructions is a newly installed Jacuzzi. If you would like to enjoy this, turn the heat up to 106 degrees and wait approx one hour. You’ll need to remove a cover which is somewhat cumbersome. We’re working on a simplified cover.
