Just a ONE block walk to Beach access, half mile to Freeman Park & 1 Mile to Boardwalk. This unit is certainly "All About the Views"! Come enjoy this recently renovated 4 Bed/ 3 Bath home ON THE SOUND w/ a 55-foot Boat dock! Looking for easy boat access with just a one block walk to the beach? Then look no further because this is the right home for you. We are a four bedroom, three full bath home well-equipped to host you and your extended family. Three Full Floors - 1st Floor hosts two Guest Rooms, Full Bath & Laundry. 2nd Floor offers an open Kitchen and Family Room with water views! 3rd Floor hosts a private Guest Room w/ Full Bath + Primary Suite with Full Bath. This is the spot for the most serene sunsets you will ever see on the island. A large gazebo is available to use at your leisure. You can't beat dinners or cocktails right on the water! (If stairs are an issue for any of your guests, this home may not be the right fit. We unfortunately do not have elevator access.) This home is a Friday - Friday check out from June - August. Why Friday check in? Be the first one at the beach on Saturday mornings while others are attempting to either check in or check out while also stuck in summer traffic. We are a 4 night minimum stay in the off season with some exceptions made for a 3 night minimum. There is both paddleboards & Kayaks for you to enjoy during your stay! All are located in the backyard to the left of the unit on the wooden rack behind our parking. There are 5 kayaks and one paddleboard. Please remember to put them away after using and store upside down so they don't take on water. Please remember that we only have access to park a boat on one side of the dock. (Life jackets are not included though we have left two in lower hallway.) We offer parking for 4 vehicles. Anymore than 4 vehicles will require additional parking at another location. Just a one-mile walk to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, 100 Feet walk to the Starfish Beach access & a half mile walk to Freeman Park. We think you will agree, this is the location that has it all. NOTE: Canal Drive floods during strong storms, mostly during a high tide, full moon. The bottom level is a maritime grade hallway and is designed for the water to escape when it recedes. Only items that can get wet should be stored here. Please see information inside unit for helpful app to help navigate high tides. Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM This is a non-smoking property which includes non smoking on balconies. You must be at last 25 years old to enter into a rental contract We provide the pillows, bedspreads and blankets We allow 1 boat only. Linens & bath towels are available.
