Located on exclusive Esplanade Terrace this 3 Bedroom, 2 full bath (plus a water closet) home is one of the few on the island that offers ocean front living! New features and improvements are a constant here, this season the new master bath and fully opened living to dining area add light and luxury to this magical sea escape. From the enclosed front porch you'll enjoy hours of peaceful time watching the endless rolling waves and the freewheeling gulls over Easton's Bay. Mornings with coffee are idyllic while sunsets will dazzle you with their colorful displays. The house was designed and built to accommodate vacationers. Boasting a large back lawn for grilling and outdoor dining, a quaint side porch for sheltered lounging in the ocean breeze, or settle into the aiderondecks at the front of the house facing the waves to soak in the sun and all the ocean has to offer! The interior provides classic new england coastal decor in a clean, modern space ideally suited to relax quietly, watch TV, or gather to laugh and play games. There is a spacious enclosed sunroom filled with large windows allowing for unobstructive ocean gazing from the comfy cushioned wicker furniture. The open plan living and dining areas provide easy interaction and lots of space to spread out. The master suite, with Queen bed, includes a newly renovated on-suite full bath in a magical ocean theme. Find two twins in a large 2nd bedroom and a cozy private single twin room as the 3rd bedroom which share the spacious 2nd full bathroom. The laundry and a water closet can are located in the basement. Store your bikes and other gear in the easy access garage. The entire house is for your use. There is off-street parking at the back for two cars, a large yard with an outdoor shower and Adirondack chairs in front for a variety of spaces. There is laundry in the basement if needed. We'll prepare the house for your arrival and be in touch with access instructions. We are here if you need us but will leave you to your own devices. The house is located on glorious Easton's Point with miles of ocean view from the front window and along the salt swept lawns. This area is located on a peninsula that juts into the Atlantic between Newport's Easton's (or First) Beach and Middletown's Sachuest (or Second) Beach. This area is ideal for walking, biking, running or just lazing around all day! Downtown Newport is a 5 minute drive up and over the hill. The nearest airport is T.F. Green Airport, 29 miles from the accommodation. Park at the house and walk to the nearby beaches and restaurants. A quick 5 minute drive up over the hill and you're in downtown Newport. Park your car and walk around downtown Newport just outside your front door. Or take Lyft, Uber or Orange Cab (401) 841-0030 to save on parking costs and aggravation, then pick up one the many fun modes of transport: Newport Pedicab (http://www.newportpedicab.com/) is staffed with eager, friendly drivers who will bike you around Newport's busy downtown. Pick up the Newport Harbor Shuttle at Ann Street Pier and experience the harbor. Ask them to take you to Marina Cafe on Goat Island. Sit outside at their bar which looks back across at Newport for a special view of this wonderful city and a close up view of the marina full of gorgeous boats and yachts. Uber and Lyft are sometimes hard to find, so if you have trouble, call Orange Cab at (401) 841-0030. Bikes are a great way to get around but remember, this is a colonial era city with very narrow streets which are congested in the summer. Be careful!
