I won’t be at the house only when the guest’s need me to come by to drop off things they might need or to clean for those who are staying for longer times. It has great views. it’s close to Starpass so great bike trails or hiking trails! The neighbors are very friendly and peaceful, and we like it that way too. With a bike or walking to take in the sights! The house is right next to the mountains/wilderness. people need to watch out for snakes at night, scorpions, and spiders too. and since your right next to nature expect to see some little bugs flying around and in the pool . If nature makes you uncomfortable this house may not be for you. There is no cable . This house is meant to relax and disconnect. There is only one 40’ Roku tv with free netflix .
