The Swiftwater Loft is a completely remodeled space located in the heart of Americas newest National Park. The Loft is conveniently located above a general store/restaurant and within a half a mile to one of America's largest adventure resorts. A short drive across the New River Gorge Bridge puts you in downtown Fayetteville where even more restaurants and authentic West Virginia shops await. The Swiftwater Loft has received a full remodel that will give you all the modern comforts of life. In the foyer you will find the washer/dryer and a half bath. As you walk up the stairs into the loft you will be greeted with a full kitchen that has any appliance you could need and basic necessities. An open concept living area includes a dining room and living area. In the living room is a custom made couch that doubles as two twin beds and a HD Smart TV. Beyond the living area are two bedrooms which are both fitted with memory foam queen beds. Guests have a private parking lot and entrance behind the building. Guests will access the building using a key code that is reset for each visit. The Lansing neighborhood is located far enough away from downtown Fayetteville that you will feel close to nature but close enough to enjoy downtown within minutes if you chose. Beautiful hiking trials and scenic views in America's newest National Park are minutes away. The Swiftwater Loft is directly above the area's newest general store and restaurant that has any of the essentials you could need. The Loft is also within a half a mile of Adventures on the Gorge and three other delicious restaurants. Parking for the Swiftwater Loft is in the back of the building. Once you have arrived, it is possible to walk to some places but most will require a short drive. I think you will find the drive across the New River Gorge Bridge pleasant on its own right though. Please be mindful of the speed limits around town. The speed limit on the road the Loft is on is 25mph and it is strictly enforced.
