The laundry room is shared with the two other units, and is located just outside of this studio apartment for easy access. The ceiling height may be too low for guests taller than 6'4". The backyard is a shared space for tenants, equipped with a propane grill, patio dining set, and hammocks to enjoy the great Minnesota summer. We are working on turning the front and back yards into a sustainable habitat environment by planting native perennial plants--it's a work in progress!
