The region enjoys 250 days of sun a year, even in winter, so guests can ski to their heart's content. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Two adult bikes are available for guest use. Like many mountain homes, this home does not have air conditioning. Please note: Due to the unique situation that the local restrictions have brought about, Sun Valley has decided to close down the mountains for the remainder of the 2019/2020 ski season. Please be aware that this may or may not affect the onsite amenities for those properties that have them. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Thank you! *Community amenities are provided by Elkhorn in Sun Valley and have periods of closure. No pools from Labor Day until Memorial Day. Hot tubs and saunas are closed seasonally for maintenance, they will be closed after Labor Day until after Thanksgiving, then in the spring when the mountain closes for skiing in April through Memorial Day. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1, this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice. **There is no pool and hot tub access during the winter 2020/21 season due to construction. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quite hours.
