Located in Towamensing Trails that offers outdoor pool, lake with beach and other stuff during summer season. We have 4Bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Stepping inside the house you walk into the main floor that has open kitchen-living-dinning room area. This main floor has a bedroom and an adjacent full bathroom (the one with 2 mirrors). Once you walk up the stairs there are 2 bedrooms (the one with bunk beds and the one with 2 beds) separated by a full bathroom. Downstairs on the lower level we have a big family room with 9 feet tournament pool table, a Foosball table and a great sitting area with sleeping couches, a bedroom (single queen bed) and a half bath. We have 2 smart ROKU TVs where you can watch anything that you are subscribed to. We have wood burning fireplace located on the main floor. We have heating/air-conditioning - full central air throat the house and also electric heaters in every single room and area of the house for extra heat during the extra cold days. We rent the whole house but no access to the shed or locked maintenance closets. I am available through email, Airbnb messaging system, txt message or phone call once booking is confirmed. During the summer months, swimming is available in Sand Spring Lake, which is partially bordered by a huge sand beach, green filed for games, picnic areas, food court, indoor showers, many hiking trails and waterfalls. In winter, the frozen lake can be used for ice skating. Seasonal hunting is permitted in many areas of the park, with white-tailed deer, black bear, and squirrels among the game that may be hunted legally. Fishing is allowed with PA fishing license. During summer boats and pedal boats can be rented (PA fishing license is required for fishing). The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. To limit crowds, the community only issues 8 wristbands per rental. This means only 8 guests can use the amenities at once. Rules and guidelines must be followed. Kids under 5 don't need any wristbands. Car is required getting around. Our property is located in Towamensing Trails community surrounded by major woodlands/game-lands so it is expected to see turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, lost of deer and rarely black bears walking around. Just by clapping hands bears would run away, or often times cars from the road would stop to take pictures and scare them away. Many wild animals are attracted to trash and we strictly want to keep them away from the property. Therefore, all food items and household trash must be discarded responsibly at the community's compactor. No food item or trash to be left outside or in car overnight.
