Pets on a case by case basis No parties or events allowed. A fee will be charged if guest attempts to throw a party. There is a camera in the garage for security purposes We have privacy, hospitality and amenities that are unmatched at our price point. We take pride in the value that our home represents. Private access to bedrooms, bathrooms, ping pong and air hockey, full kitchen, dining room, reading room, living room with GIANT TV! Shared access to garage and laundry. You have your own spot in the third car/single car garage. Park a 2nd or 3rd car directly behind your garage spot to not block other guests. No parking on private lane! If more than a couple cars, you MUST park out on the public street and walk a small way to the house We are local and only a text away. Tucked away on a private, peaceful lane and minutes away from food and shopping. Bring a car and use GPS There may be guests staying in the private, mother-in-law suite below you, please observe quiet hours from 10:30pm-7:30am. Be mindful of your noise and no running around! The ONLY shared amenities are the laundry room and garage. No parking on private lane! If you have more than a couple cars, you MUST park out on the public street and walk a small way to the house **We try, to the best of our ability, to keep our amenities functioning properly. If an amenity decides to go out/breakdown, we are not liable to give money back. As we all know, some things are out of our control. Hot tub, air hockey etc included.
