Located in the heart of Ogden on Historic 25th St., this craftsman home is a 15 minute walk to downtown restaurants and nightlife, and a 20 - 25 min drive to 2 world class ski resorts. You will have use of 2 floors of living space, including 2 large suites with Queen beds and private bathrooms. Both suites have extra large closets offering lots of storage for luggage and ski equipment,. Enjoy the living areas as well as a stocked kitchen located on the first floor. Enjoy 2 spacious floors of living, including two master suites with bathrooms, a large living room area on the upper level with an exercise room; on the main level guests can relax in another smaller living room, dining room, and kitchen. A third bathroom is on the main level. You will have access to the laundry room if needed. You can also enjoy a fire pit on the front porch on chilly nights. We will be available by phone only during your stay. Our home is directly across from one of the most beautiful streets in Ogden with large turn of the century mansions and a beautiful tree lined park. Just a 8 minute walk from the house is a fabulous neighborhood coffee shop offering a breakfast and lunch menu, and a great outdoor space. It’s a very safe and walkable neighborhood. The neighborhood is great to walk in, or hop on the new OTX bus to make your way downtown or to Weber State. There are other bus route stops within an 5- 8 minute walk from our home, which can transport you to ski buses or other parts of our city. Easy parking is available on the street in front of our home, in addition to a designated parking space behind our home. We request no parties in the home and no extra guests unless approved by the host.
