Welcome to Petunia's Cottage. This is a newly updated guest house, attached to my farmhouse by a double bolted door. We are on 1 acre of beautiful Lancaster countryside. Enter the cottage with your own private keypad entrance. This home sleeps 2: 1 bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed. Newly remodeled bathroom, with shower. Kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker, stocked with necessities. The cottage is fully equipped with air conditioning and heat throughout, with a gas stove for the cold winter months. We have WiFi. There is a television in the living room. There is a closet of puzzles for you to enjoy as well as board games. We also have a playhouse with slide and swings for the kids. You have access to the cottage, as well as the back yard. Hi there! We have 1 acre with a swing set and playhouse, perfect for families. We are close to the outlets, Dutch Wonderland & Lancaster city. We are in beautiful Lancaster countryside, but also close to everything you would want in Lancaster county. We are a 10 minute drive to Dutch Wonderland, shopping at the mall or the outlets and 15 minutes to Amish Country. We frequently have horse and buggy's pass the house. We are a 2 minute drive to route 30, which gives you access to Park City Mall, Dutch Wonderland, the outlets, Strasburg and more. You have 1 parking space in the driveway and there is ample street parking as well.
