Essentially, everything listed as an amenity on this listing, you can access. Also, the driveway is pretty long, so there’s room for 4-5 cars (depending on how you park). Street parking is also available. You have the house to yourself, but we will be available via text or a call if anything additional is needed. Located in the heart of Bloomington, this house is conveniently located near many downtown restaurants and attractions. Though many of the buildings around the property have been converted into commercial space, this house remains a home. Some traffic from cars can be heard when you're outside at peak times. There are no backyard neighbors. The house is right around the corner from many restaurants and attractions such as Anju Above, Castle Theater, Grady’s, Rosie’s Pub, and downtown Bloomington. Access to the 45-mile constitution trail (great for walking or biking) is less than a block away. Close drive to Peoria, Springfield, and Chicago. Best way to get from A to B is a car. If you’re into walking/running/biking, the constitution trail is a block from the house. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area. Please, no smoking or pets. Please note that there is just one bathroom at the house, which is on the first level. If your group size exceeds 7, timing with showers and the available hot water could be limited if all showers are taken back-to-back. We do offer multiple “stations” for getting ready in the morning (check out bedroom vanities and mirrors).
