Equipped kitchen & fenced-in backyard great for gathers or those traveling with pets! This newly renovated home boasts two unique living room spaces; one for socializing & lounging, the other is a separate game room featuring a Foosball table! Each of the four bedrooms include walk-in closets and beds large enough for 1-2 people. The fully equipped kitchen & fenced in backyard are great for your intimate group to gather by the firepit, do some outdoor activities and, if travelling with your fur baby, room for them to run (please clean up after your pup with the courtesy bags provided). Enjoy the day out exploring and then be prepared to come back to this beautiful and well-appointed home for rest and relaxation. This 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath boutique home can sleep 10 in beds & 2 on Sleeper Sofa to accommodate 12 total. Guest have access to the entire home as well as the back & side yard. The Shed is locked for storage. We try to meet every guest however know we are always a call away if there is something you need. We are available to answer any questions or help to make your stay a memorable one by offering suggestions for local attractions, entertainment, or eats. To find the best route to your destination, use a GPS or map app. For public transportation, the area is served by several bus routes. The nearest bus stop is at the intersection of Hollywood Ave and Jefferson Blvd, just a few steps away from the property. You can get around using the DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) bus system or ride-hailing services like Uber or Lyft. By foot or bicycle, the area is well-served by sidewalks and bike lanes. Furthermore, the Bishop Arts District, a popular shopping and entertainment district, is nearby and easily accessible on foot or by bike. If you want to explore other parts of Dallas, a DART light rail station in the neighboring city of Oak Cliff is about 3 miles away. This can give you access to other parts of town, including downtown Dallas. The front door is the active monitoring camera. There is a INACTIVE security panel for the windows and doors. They have Security sensors but they are inactive.
