All parts of the house are fine to access. The garage is used for storage and has a few items I like to keep for guests with small children like a tricycle, infant bath tub and some tools and supplies. If you need special storage during your stay, let me know ahead so I can provide it in the garage. I live in town and work close to the house. I generally communicate through the app before your arrival, at least once during your stay and once before your departure. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the core part of downtown Davis. The house is one block from a taqueria, pizzeria, and convenient store, and a few blocks from the Davis Food Coop. You may hear the train and sirens a few times a day. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Additional parking is available and free on K Street. Please be mindful of driveways and sidewalks when parking. You can walk to the core area of downtown in under 10 minutes. Nearest grocery stores are Food-Coop and Grocery outlet. There is a 7-Eleven one block away. Please respect check-in (3:00 PM) and check-out times (12:00 PM) or a late checkout fee of $150 will be imposed No parties or events allowed Parking - Two parking spaces, please do not block the side walk or driveway No smoking or illegal substances allowed on premises No unregistered guests allowed Do not move furniture Outdoor quiet hours are from 11 PM - 7:00 AM Guest must bring all outdoor activities indoors after 11 PM Please respect the noise curfew Turn off any appliances not in use Please take care of the furnishings.
