Enjoy my western/Montana style home with mounted elk, deer and antelope, plenty of room to roam, & have private spaces too. Living room has nice big windows to bring the outdoors inside, with a cozy family style couch for an evening of tv or movies! Large yard and deck area for BBQ's, entertaining and playing games. Not to mention all the beautiful sunsets and Three mountain ranges to view. Corrals for Equine guests, ready to hit the trail head or Yellowstone back country! NO OTHER PETS please! My custom built home sits on 3 acres in the heart of Paradise Valley, just 17 miles south of Livingston Mt, and 35 miles to Gardiner Mt. & Iconic Yellowstone National Park. My house has a very open floor plan that allows for big families to mingle, with plenty of space. KITCHEN/DINING ROOM: If you're family is anything like mine, they all want to be in the kitchen! That's OK, we have a nice 3 foot tiled counter with bar stools that lets the family be together but not under foot. Dining room is right off the kitchen with more seating for six at the table. Glass patio doors go from kitchen/dining area to the outside deck, with rocking chairs, benches, and tables. Very handy for that BBQ, our family spent a lot of time on the deck! FAMILY ROOM: Adjoins the kitchen area with a family style couch that will easily seat 6, has 3 over-sized sections that recline, 2 consoles with cup holders, entertainment center to snuggle in and watch a movie, or play wii & Xbox, big windows to enjoy the view of Chico and Emigrant Peak. FORMAL LIVING ROOM: Here you can kick back with a little more quiet space and enjoy visiting by the wood stove or take one of our many books to read. If you happen to have someone in you're group that likes music, they might serenade you on my Baby Grand Piano!! If all fails ,, the "View" through my big picture windows will take your breath away. Absaroka Mtns to the right, Gallatin Mtns to the left, and Crazy Mtns staight out north. BATHROOM: This will be used by most all the guests, and shared with 2 downstairs bedrooms. It has tub/shower , sink, and toilet. BEDROOM DOWNSTAIRS: Queen size bed ,closet has full length mirror doors, long 6 drawer dresser for your clothes while you visit. Shared bathroom is real close. BEDROOM DOWNSTAIRS: This is a great room for a small family, or a few children. It has bunk style bed with a single on top, double in the middle and another single that pulls out from under the double! Dresser, a place to hang clothes and extra fun blanket throws for children. Shared bathroom real close. MASTER BEDROOM: Upstairs you'll have a queen sized bed, overhead fan, walk in closet with built-in drawers and shelving. Bath is tiled with a big walk in shower, including a little bench. It offers a loft area that has a chair for relaxing, reading or enjoying the view! It also over looks the Living room and again the views are beautiful. Our guest can access the whole house, (except the basement which is not finished & used for personal storage) entire yard, and corrals if needed for your horses. The garage/shop & apartment are off limits because its my personal space. I live across the driveway from the house, so will be available for any questions or help you might need during your stay, just call or text me. We are located in the heart of Paradise Valley MT, just a few minutes walk from house to Yellowstone River . Our neighbors are all very friendly but pretty much keep to themselves. Also close to many local landmarks like Chico Hot Springs, Old Saloon, Yellowstone Valley Grill, Music Ranch MT, Pine Creek Falls, & numerous trail heads for hiking & horseback riding. All very close to my home. Yellowstone Park is 40 miles south, and Historic Livingston MT just 18 miles north, plenty of fine dining and art gallery's. There is no public transportation. I might have FedEx or UPS drops occasionally, they are used to leaving packages on porch. So I will be watching when i have ordered something, I will come pick it up. Propane trucks might stop by for a check on tank, no worries there I'm on a regular schedule to pay. If they leave a slip in door, you can text me and i will get it.
