Hot tub located under porch. Free parking in front of apartment. Limit two cars. The whole apartment is available to you for your stay. That includes the hot tub located under the deck. We have a big yard and welcome children to play with parental supervision. We live on property and are often around to answer questions. We have young children that play in our large yard. The apartment porch over looks our yard with a trampoline, personal Hot tub, and trough pool. We also value privacy and seclusion for your vacation, and do practice freedom from most disturbances. The neighborhood is one of Hendersonville's historic neighborhoods. Shaded, easy walking streets. We have large trees and wildlife. You might see some red tailed hawks and several white squirrels that roam our property. It’s a quiet family and close knit neighborhood One mile from downtown makes for an easy bike ride or stroll. We are close to the surrounding wineries and breweries as well as the hiking/ biking trails. Our central location makes it easy to get just about anywhere. We have a grocery store that is also walking distance if needed We do live on property. We offer seclusion and privacy for the apartment, but it does rest close to our large yard that has a trampoline, stock tank pool and our personal hot tub. Our young children as well as neighborhood children come to play in our yard occasionally and we have dogs. We respect “neighborly” hours (no loud play before 9:00am or past 9:00pm). We have placed several privacy screens at the porch and hot tub. The apartment has its own entrance and parking area.
