Jay Peak offers world class skiing, hiking, a 18 hole championship golf course. You have 2,5 acres of land and trees around the house, ideal for a yearly retreat. Enjoy the surrounding nature, the silence and the mountain views. Our cottage is 1843 sqft, (171 sm), five minute walk away from the 300 acres Jay Community Recreational Center which is ideal for snowshoe, cross country ski, hike, walk, mountain bike. We are a minute drive from Jay Country store, which has all the basic groceries and a very good selection of wine, local beer and liquor. Several restaurants are available minutes from our cottage, in the town of Jay, at the Jay Peak resort or in Westfield. We have three rooms, and two fully equipped home offices. Our cottage is very well heated, two propane fireplaces, one propane hot air furnace and a traditional wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a lot of light, three sets of windows. It has its one propane fireplace and its own bathroom. It has a newly purchased queen size bed. The second bedroom has a large window, facing the forest. It has its own half bathroom, and it is equipped with an ergonomic office. It has a height adjustable desk, ergonomic “Xuer” chair, a “Flexispot” bike desk so you can exercise and work at the same time and a monitor for your laptop. The third bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a new queen size bed and a second ergonomic office (“Xuer” ergonomic chair, height adjustable desk, two monitors to connect your laptop). Our living room is modern and cozy, with a modular sectional furniture, which is perfect for a family or friends gathering around the fireplace. Our kitchen is fully furnished, with new, stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove). For morning coffee lovers, we have a Nespresso machine with a great selection of coffee capsules. You can enjoy the dining area, and its vintage wood burning fireplace. For your comfort, there is also a washer and a dryer at the cottage. Enjoy the cottage life, wake up to the sound of nature, spend the day outdoors and have access to all the modern amenities. the guests have private access everywhere in the cottage and on the 2.5 acres land. We are always here for our guests, they can reach us at any time via email or cellphone, before, during and after their stay.
