Centrally located in Carlsbad, just minutes from local grocery stores, newly expanded water park, the Pecos River Beach, and several restaurants. This home can sleep up to 9 adults. The futons are large enough for one adult or two small children. If you are traveling with children and have more than 9 guests please reach out, we may be able to accommodate you. Plenty of parking and a brand new deck located in the back of the home. Laundry room with an additional kitchenette (No sink or stove) as well as a seating/reading area. Central forced air & furnace. The main kitchen has a gas stove and oven & fully equipped w/ kitchen items. Each bedroom is equipped w/ ceiling fans, closets, sound machine (for light sleepers) & charging stations for your electronic devices. The living room has a 55" flat screen smart TV a DVD player, an assortment of DVD movies, family board & card games, a large sofa that converts into a queen-size bed platform, a futon sleeper, as well as a comfy pet bed. Bedroom 3-King size bed, flat-screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player that has access to apps such as Netflix and Hulu, dresser, and lots of closet space. It has a large closet for guest use. There is also a locked closet in this room for Airbnb Host supplies. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, smart TV, and walk-in closet. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player that has access to apps such as Netflix and Hulu, a dresser, and lots of closet space. The front yard is fenced in for your fur babies. There is a propane grill and patio chairs on the side of the house located through the kitchen. There is plenty of parking in the driveway as well as parking on the street. We love pets so please feel free to bring them with you. We allow 1-2 small to medium size pets that are potty trained. If you have a low-riding vehicle, please enter and back up your vehicle slowly and at an angle. The home has security cameras outside the home. Do not lower AC past 70. The unit will freeze and blow hot air into the home. For guests who are light sleepers, we have provided bark control devices around the property, sound machines inside all bedrooms, and earplugs to help ensure uninterrupted sleep.
