Our building is conveniently located adjacent to St Vincent and features 4 private bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Free broadband, laundry, storage, and off street parking provided. Rooms consist of a Full size bed, nightstand, dresser, work desk chair & closet. Blackout curtains available upon request! No toiletries, linens, or pillows provided. Our building is a very nice turn of the century brick colonial. This room is on the 2nd floor along with another bedroom and master bedroom. The master has its own private bath and these 2 bedrooms share the 2nd floor full bath. The 1st floor is very spacious with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. As you will see in the pictures, we chose to not feature TVs in the common areas in effort to promote privacy and quietness throughout the home. We strive to create a quiet and safe place to retreat home too. Outside you will find a screened in porch and rear yard to enjoy during the summer months. 24hr lighting is featured at all entrances, common areas, and stairwells for safety and convenience. Guests will have access to their private room, shared kitchen, shared dining room & living room, and shared recreation room with ping pong table & laundry in basement. Plus a very nice side porch and very large back yard. I am not onsite and offer complete privacy. I am available by phone at anytime if needed. We are centrally located in a great part of town easily accessible to the areas major employers and attractions. We have provided housing for professionals working at the following Erie businesses!
