Full bath upstairs, half bath downstairs w/ full laundry.  Open LR/DR with over-sized couch and chair and table seating 6.  Full kitchen with range/oven, over-range microwave, double ceramic sink basin.  Custom tile, hardwood, and knotty pine throughout. Entrance has brick patio and 2 tiered deck (partially covered).  Campfire pit in back yard.  BBQ grill. All linens, dishes, utensils included.  Fast Xfinity WiFi and Roku TV.  Walk to shopping, bars, restaurants.  Access to snowshoe, XC and mountain bike single track from back yard. 1 block to VAST trail w/ hundreds of miles of snowmobile, snowshoe, and XC skiing trails.  Trout River is across the street (fishing/swimming holes/paddling).  I also occasionally offer guided tours of the resort, including lots of "locals" glade stashes, sidecountry, lift-accessed back country, and some of the best hike-to-access back country skiing on the East Coast. Ask if interested. The Lodge is it's own place w/ private entrance. Guests have access to entire space including back yard with fire pit and single track mountain bike/hiking/ XC ski access. I try to give guests their privacy. But always happy to help and available to answer any questions or take care of any issues that may arise. AirBnB has become a very popular tool for people seeking accommodations. Montgomery has a lot of places listed, but keep in mind that we've been around for longer than AirBnB has existed and you will find no other accommodations that compare to our quality and prices --- what you get for your money. Be sure to check rates for cleaning and other extra charges when comparing listings. Most hosts have extra charges -- we never do. I am confident that I have the very best pricing in the area.
