Our focus as hosts is clean, comfort, and of course dog friendly. The entire apartment complex is dog friendly so other dogs may be seen on site. Our space is a mid-century modern design. We thought out all the small details to bring you comfort after a long day. We have blackout curtains, essential oil diffuser, shoulder massager, custom coffee maker, a queen bed on a mango wood bed-frame, hypo allergenic linens, and white noise speaker for a good night's rest. Please note: The washer and dryer is a paid service using a mobile app called ShinePay. Use at your discretion. We hope you enjoy your stay and look forward to possibly being your host. You will have an access code to the garage and a key for the main entry door that is also used for the public access doorway. We like our guests to have their privacy but we are always here to help and answer any questions. It's a new era for downtown Wausau. As of June 1, 2022, more than $44 million has gone into the first revitalization phase process. The city plan is more living space, more specialized shops, more socializing, more walkways, and more outdoor fun! Walking and biking friendly. Our apartment is centrally located and can walk to local shops and restaurants in around 15 minutes. The car is ideal to explore. Parking is easy and has no strict street parking. If you are bringing a dog, must be 40 lb or less. No puppy age. A pet agreement must be signed and if a service animal proper documentation must be provided before check-in. Due to unforeseen issues in the past a refundable security deposit of $250 is required for pet stays. Sorry for the inconvenience. Smoke free building. $250 fee if seen smoking inside building.
