Welcome to Smith Mountain Lake! Join us for your family vacation! Our home has 3 bedrooms, a bonus “bed-room”, 6 beds, 3 baths, baby and kid items, a fully stocked kitchen and more! The master & 2nd bedrooms have king beds. The 3rd has two full-size beds. The spacious basement room has 2 queen beds. There are two dining tables & spacious living room for family/friend gatherings. The home is lake front with a private dock, in a quiet neighborhood, families welcome, desk & wifi for remote working. The main living room has multiple couches and chairs for lounging and relaxing. There are two dining tables for plenty of seating for meals or game night. The master bedroom has its private bathroom with a large shower with a bench. The second bathroom is newly renovated as the main floor bath next to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The basement has even more seating alongside a foosball table and shelves full of books, games, and cards to enjoy your time. There is another bedroom in the basement with two queen beds and full bathroom with a stand up shower. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and common area. Now for the outside! The house is set on the water with a private dock for guests to enjoy. When your group is ready for outside time, you can relax and play in the yard with a small fire pit to the side or if it’s hot, go swimming! You have a dock on the water with an upper level sun deck as well for lounging and sun-bathing. Kids can walk in the water over the rocks or from the steps off the dock. If jumping in is your style, jump right off the floating dock! There is a ladder on the floating dock for entering and exiting the water. No jumping from the upper deck; that’s dangerous. Some water toys and floats are available for play and water lounging, including pool floats, tubes, water guns, and pool floats (you provide your own life preservers and jackets). We have two kayaks available for guest use, please take care and replace back to rack when done. Have fun and be safe while you relax and enjoy Serenity & Sunsets on Smith Mountain Lake! The entire house and dock are accessible to guests. The boat house and garage are not open to guests. Feel free to contact by Airbnb or phone before and during your stay. We will stay out of your way to enjoy your vacation. This is a small family neighborhood and we want to make sure our neighbors are respected, and our home cared for. Please keep quiet hours and no loud music on the dock or from the house. There is a boat ramp a couple roads over so you can put in your own boat and drive it over to our dock. Please park in the driveway and not the street. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and easy navigation around town by car. If you rent a boat or bring your own, you can easily cruise and access different spots on the lake by boat: marinas, restaurants, bars, etc.
