Main floor and a basement both have wood burning fireplaces (with some wood and fire starters waiting for you). Kitchen has a large variety of cooking pans and pots in many sizes as well as various dishes. Coffee and tea lovers will enjoy a nice selection of teas and coffees, including a Keurig K-Kups machine with a few types of coffee. Please note that this community does not allow fireworks. Please only use the top digital lock on the main door, and please DO NOT use the bottom one as keys to that lock are not provided. Also, please note that we decorate the home for Christmas and Halloween (nothing intense but themed decor is present). Please let us know if you are uncomfortable with that. We love all pets, but due to possible allergy concern for some guests, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please be considerate of neighbors. Quiet hours are 11pm-8am. This means that any music should be kept at reasonable levels. please do still feel free to enjoy the outdoors. it's quite serene and beautiful even at night, especially in the summer. Finally, please be advised that we have cameras on perimeter outside of the house. This is for your safety, as well as ours (and because we like to monitor the wildlife when guests aren't there 😃). We do not monitor them during your stay, so have fun, but we may review the footage if needed.
