You will love the views and relaxing retro vibe. Located only blocks from downtown, the Grand Canyon Railway & I40 this apartment offers the best views. Equipped with most comforts & conveniences you may need for your stay like wifi, smart tv, full kitchen, keurig coffee maker, coffee and cream. Enjoy the space The apartment has original hard wood floors and we have used colorful decor to accent the natural lighting, tall ceilings and towering original windows. We have set aside a cozy seat to enjoy a book or just relax and enjoy some music. Blackout curtains will keep you resting for as long as you prefer before heading out to enjoy a meal at one of the many downtown restaurants or pubs. Breakfast, lunch or dinner you can find something to your tastes. A Full grocery is a few blocks from the apartment if you prefer to cook for yourself. Please know our space has some loft type walls see all pictures or ask any questions before booking. Also the property was converted from an old schoolhouse to individual apartments and it is not completely sound proof. We have fans for cooling and noise canceling so bring anything to help if you need lots of quiet but also bring your sense of adventure and desire to explore and have fun! The Williams AZ area is fantastic for an adventure. **Note you will walk up to the 3rd level. The windows are old and do not have screens. The bedrooms have loft style walls and are slightly open to the rest of the apartment. See photos. Walls may not be sound proof but a Super fun place. Shared laundry I am located 30 minutes away in Flagstaff and can be reached by phone or through the app when you make your reservation. This area of Williams is historical and has many beautiful homes and churches in the neighborhood. It is a quiet family oriented neighborhood. You may take walks or find a hiking trail nearby. Walk less than a 1/2 mile downtown and enjoy a cup of coffee at Brewed Awakenings or breakfast at Pine Country Restaurant or the Grand Canyon Coffee and Cafe. For lunch or dinner try the Red Raven, Station 66 Italian Bistro or the Pizza Factory. Williams also has an excellent wine bar and several breweries both serving food.
