There are 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, and office space with executive desk. There is a fire pit to relax around with complimentary wood to burn. Beach towels are provided for you to enjoy the water. There are games and a TV with an antenna if you wish to stay inside. We do allow pets on a per case basis. If you want to bring your beloved pet/s, reach out and we will do our best to accommodate Pet cost is 40.00 per pet, per day, and an additional 50.00 cleaning fee. Downtown Chippewa Falls is 15 minutes away, offering shopping, fine dining, candy and home made ice cream stores. Be sure to visit the Leinenkugel Lodge and beer garden. Wissota State Park is 10 minutes away. Hike the many trails through the park, or jump on the Old Abe State Trail, a 19.5-mile paved multi-use rail trail that runs along the Chippewa River. The home is on a quiet dead end road, in a residential neighborhood. So kindly respect the neighbors, quiet hours are 10:00PM to 8:00AM. There is parking for three vehicles in front of the attached garage, and parking for two in front of the detached garage. Additional cars may be parked along the dead end roadway. The Old Abe Bike Trail is five minutes away, and scenic downtown Chippewa Falls is a fifteen minute drive. Be sure to visit the Leinenkugel's Brewery, have a beer in their lovely beer garden, or take a tour of the historic brewery.
