Local shops, restaurants, the beach and winery’s are a walk or golf cart ride down the road! (DOG FRIENDLY - $75 fee per dog) (Please read house rules before booking) Our Beach home has it all for your family & was designed for family fun. First, you will enter with a convenient keypad entry at the front door. It includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A 16x30 ft covered boat stall for your boat or vehicles. The master bedroom includes a comfortable adjustable king mattress & on suite. The 2nd guest bedroom also includes a luxury adjustable queen mattress for your best nights sleep. Our Bunkroom includes 2 comfortable twin mattresses and 2 queen mattresses. We have a washer and dryer closet in the hallway. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking sheets, utensils and staple items for your cooking needs. Our patio space was designing for grillin, chillin and family games! Right off the patio, is a fenced in yard for your dogs to have their own safe space. The bay front is one road over on water street, take a walk and feel the bay breeze! To top it off, each room has a TV to Enjoy! Think about packing: Foil, baggies, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates if you don’t want to do dishes, extra dish pods or laundry pods.
