In minutes you can ski, snowboard and golf at Sunday River, snowmobile nearby trails, mountain bike at Mt. Abram, hike or spend time fishing local rivers! This house is located just minutes from historic downtown Bethel where you can enjoy great dining, breweries and shopping. For the skiers snowboarders and mountain bikers this cabin Is situated less than 20 minutes from Sunday River Resort and less than 10 minutes from Mt Abram and provides easy access to snowmobile trails. We cannot wait to host you for your next getaway! When you arrive, you will see a very spacious open lot with plenty of parking in the driveway and panoramic mountain views. With keyless entry and unique safety codes you can easily get in and out of the property and feel safe at all times! As you make your way into the mud room you will see a large closet to unload all your outdoor gear and a bench for your convenience. The large closet space also includes a ski and snow board boot warmer. Kitchen: The open concept Kitchen boasts Wolf and Sub-Zero stainless-steel appliances with a large gas range, convection oven and plenty of counter and island space for all your cooking needs. There is a large dining table alongside the kitchen, making this the perfect space for entertaining. Living Room: Past the Kitchen you enter the living room that is equipped with a Smart TV, easy to use thermostat and comfortable couches for entertaining and relaxing! Throughout the first floor you are surrounded by windows that provide beautiful panoramic mountain views. In the corner you will see a new Jotul Scandinavian Gas Fireplace perfect for staying warm and cozy! We also have provided playing cards and board games for your enjoyment! Outdoor Porch: Off the living room you will see a door leading to a seasonal porch with a couch and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail with spectacular views. You will also find an additional back deck for more outdoor fun. Bedrooms: This house has 3 large bedrooms. All bedrooms have spacious closets for jackets and clothing. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with its own full master bathroom and a queen size bed. The two other bedrooms are located on the second floor. Both bedrooms have a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed. The basement provides another sleeping space with a pull-out sofa bed. For those traveling with babies, we have a bassinet available to use. Bathrooms: The master bathroom has a double vanity sink and large shower. On the first floor you will find another half bathroom and on the second floor is a large full-size bathroom. All bathrooms come equipped with all amenities you will need during your stay! Sauna/Finished Basement: In the finished basement you will see another Smart TV, TRX bands for a workout, pull-out couch and an indoor sauna! The road and driveway are regularly plowed, but it is recommended you take an SUV or all-wheel drive car in the winter.
