All of the beds are new memory foam mattresses that you are sure to get a good nights rest in. You will love the location as you are minutes from shopping, restaurants, and area attractions. There are a few outdoor chairs on the landing at the front of the house to relax and enjoy the fresh air. There is also the Jaycees Park a couple of blocks south with a playground and picnic facilities. The kitchen is nicely stocked with knives, cutting boards, cookware, baking pans, a mixer, and a crockpot to a small assortment of spices and essential cooking oils. There will be some coffee and tea provided so you will have some options if you get in late and don't want to go to the grocery store. Each of the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There are luggage racks to set your bags on an keep them off the floor. There are two sets of pillows on each bed and decor pillows that can be set off to the side when you get there. For those with infants, there are (2) pack and plays and a high chair seat and bumble provied. You will have access to the entire property except the storage area beneath the stairs where cleaner supplies are located. I am just a text or phone call away. There is easy access to the main routes to get anywhere Bismarck/Mandan in minutes. There are (2) parking spots right in driveway in front of entrance to home. Additional parking is on street (Manitoba Lane). Uber and Lyft are options for those that don’t have a vehicle. - Due to owner allergies, pets are not allowed. - The occupancy is set (2) beyond bed count as there is a spacious futon and the couch could always be a spot a kid to use to sleep. If there are people who will need to use the futon or couch to sleep, please let the host know so bedding can be provided. - Property has an exterior camera (Ring Doorbell) installed.
