Enjoy your stay at our 1945 guesthouse which was just renovated while keeping its vintage charm. Updates include brand new flooring, appliances, and completely new bathroom. Featuring a spacious library/living area with an exposed-brick gas fireplace, full snack and coffee bar w/Keurig, minifridge, microwave, board games, and a 55" Roku TV. All mattresses are foam for extra comfort. The attached guesthouse has its own entrance w/keyless lock and 3 parking spaces. The guesthouse is located to the left of the main house when facing the property from the front. There is a private entrance to the guesthouse with a keyless lock for which you will have a unique code during your stay. My family lives in the main house with 2 children and a golden doodle. Our dog is very friendly, but keep in mind that she may bark sometimes, especially when people enter and exit the home. Please make note of this incase occasional noise would be an issue. We will try to be as quiet and respectful as possible so as to not disturb you as our guest. You will have 3 parking spaces for your guesthouse which are in a separate area from the main driveway. There is a brick pathway leading to the guest entrance from the parking area. Please do not park in the main house driveway since we would need to be able to enter and leave through there. The guesthouse library/livingroom, bedroom and bathroom are entirely private. We will not enter that space during your stay unless you request assistance with something. You may walk around the grounds, including the gardens and patio area. Please keep in mind that our dog, Eevee, may sometimes be playing in the fenced puppy yard. The rest of our property is unfenced. We are happy to provide you with local recommendations for restaurants and entertainment! PLEASE NOTE: Although our guesthouse is private, since it is attached at the side of the main house, you will most likely hear some sounds from my family during the day.
