Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space of Knotty Pine Haven. From the lakefront view of the cottage you can see a variety of wildlife: eagles, swans, geese, various birds and others. Sense the peace and relaxation from a recliner to enjoy the lake. The cottage is glorious in the knotty pine wood through out. The cottage was totally remodeled in fall of 2022. There are two kayaks and a paddleboat available upon request. There is also a pickle ball court and other games available. This property is located between local towns: Greenville and Rockford. They have interesting small shops, restaurants, grocery stores, a race track: Gratton Raceway and many other fun places. The cottage looks out upon Wabasis Lake which has wetlands on the opposite shore. There is one free parking space next to the cottage with over-flow parking just a few hundred feet away. There is a pickle ball court which is easy to access by walking 50 yards or so.
