We will provide bed sheets, comforters, towels, wash cloths, starter hotel sized toiletries ( body wash, shampoo, and lotion). The kitchen is equipped with cookware, plates, silverware, cups, wine glasses and more. With only a short walk to the beach, you are sure to have a wonderful time staying at our relaxing condo, featuring a brand new picnic/grilling area by the laundry room Our Coastal Farmhouse Condo has 1 bedroom featuring a king size bed and flat screen TV with free channels. It also has one and a half bathrooms, and a twin bunk bed located down the hall. We provide sheets and comforters for all beds. We also provide towels, washcloths and starter hotel sized toiletries (body wash, shampoo, and body lotion). I supply all the items above unless you are booking for a monthly stay. We supply toilet paper & paper towels. The kitchen is equipped with Refrigerator/ Freezer, Stove/ oven, toaster, blender, Drip coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. We provide cooking essentials to cook and serve meals during your stay. The dining room features a table for 4 as well as a bar with seating for 2. The living room has a Couch and love seat (neither are sofa beds) an electric fireplace to cozy up to in the winter months and a flat screen smart TV with free channels. You will fall in love with the view of the pool and the ocean from the furnished, roomy, private balcony. During your stay you will have access to the community pool (during open season mid April- October 31, hours are 8 AM- 8 PM ), private beach access, and on site guest laundry room. ( cost is $2 per load to wash, and $2 per load to dry) Community zero entry Pool Open from Mid April- October 31. Guest Laundromat on site. Beach access with shower. Community grill and picnic area located by the laundry room. The Front door is equipped with a keypad lock and you will be given the code 24 hours prior to your arrival. Great local fare featuring fresh seafood close by . Take a stroll or bike ride across the Surf City bridge or visit the Surf City Pier nearby. Parking available under unit and in parking lot. only 2 vehicle passes available per booking. You can drive or walk to some of the restaurants and across the Surf City bridge. Beach access is located past the courtyard directly to the beach ( 2 minute walk or less) I do not supply linens ( towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, dishcloths, bed sheets or comforters) for MONTHLY stays.
