Quiet, spacious for professionals. Within 10 minutes of York college, Wellspan, city of York. Approximately 45 minutes from Gettysburg, Baltimore, Hershey and Harrisburg. King sized bed. Three living rooms, movie, theater, library, gym, sauna, three season room, patio, garden. Five minutes off interstate 83, 10 minutes from Route 30, prefer professional long term guests. Large kitchen shared by owner, and possibly one other guest home is owned and run by Kathy and her daughter Caitlyn. They are two separate guestrooms in one area of home. This is on opposite side of house from owners. You will have your own private hall with your own shared bathroom. Bathroom is shared by you and one other guest. The home has many bathrooms if needed. This listing has a king size bed with a closet, nightstands, and a chest of drawers. All areas except the owners’ private spaces and storage areas. No parties are allowed. May have 1-2 friends visit with prior permission. Home owner and daughter are available at all times by phone, text or in person. Guest can be as private or as social as they desire. There is plenty of space. There are neighbors however, our home is at the end of a private drive. Our house is the one to the right. Neighborhood is generally very quiet. Backyard is private. Private car, rental, car, or Uber. The home has a sauna, and once instructions are provided and guest uses the sauna please notify owner so that the area can be thoroughly cleaned. There is a shower available in this area. The owner is a registered nurse who works on call nights. Her room is on the opposite side of the house guests will be unaware of activity. Owner and daughter have dogs. These dogs will be restricted to owners areas and some of the shared areas in particular the kitchen. The dogs are not allowed in the guest rooms or areas. The dogs are friendly.
