Just a short walk to Heavenly Ski Resort Stagecoach Lifts and less than 5 minute drive to Boulder Ski Lifts This unit, unlike most offers 2 separate living areas to allow for family privacy and quiet time. Relax and enjoy the views from your private balcony with a glass of wine or have an incredible BBQ diner. (Please NOTE: bed 2 and bed 3 are separated by beautiful thick white cotton curtains). See photos You don’t need to drive to Stagecoach, you just walk over. YES it is that close. Boulder ski lift is a very short drive (5min apx) there is a Heavenly ski shuttle that comes around every 10 min and stops next to our building. It will take you to Boulder, Stagecoach or even the California ski lifts. Are you able to work from home? Condo on the Ridge offers our guests a modern and comfortable office area. The desk is adjustable and allows you to sit or stand and don’t forget your next to Stagecoach and Boulder ski lodge and lifts… zoom meetings from the ski lifts anyone???…. Ski box so you can safely secure and protect your gear. Built by a local master carpenter and will hold up to 8 skis, poles and boots. WIFI: We have placed WiFi pods around the home to insure good WiFi for our three UHD streaming tvs. Not into tv, that is okay, we have several board games from way back when to the hottest new games and puzzles for your family time. Streaming: there are 3 smart UHD 65in tv's with HDMI connections. make sure you bring your streaming service under and passwords so you don't miss your favorite shows. Bedding: All linens are luxurious and soft. we take great pride in the high end hotel quality bedding. Towels: Bath towels are high quality and soft. Our towels are super thick and soft. All of our towels are extra large towels for all types of guests. Like many who live and play here, we are all committed to protecting Tahoe. We encourage you to “Drink Tahoe Tap” and skip the plastic bottles. Tahoe offer the best water source anywhere. Since the condo is located on top of the mountain, we are next to the water source and have amazing fresh, cold, and clean water. “Drink Tahoe Tap” I have an awesome cleaning staff and maintenance guy who are here to help to make this a perfect getaway place for you. My staff does take careful inventory before and after each stay, so please don’t let anything walk away or you will be charged! We are working hard to keep the place clean and well maintained. While you stay here, please treat it our condo with the same respect that you treat your own home. Please take your shoes off at the entry. Please do not put oversized loads in the washer and dryer and please shake dirt / snow off before entering and before washing any clothes. There are seven other condo units around you, including several who are full time residents. I want you to enjoy your time, but please be respectful of your neighbors. A parking permit will be issued at arrival. Maximum 2 vehicles. You will find your parking permit located on the kitchen counter. Please complete the information and place this on your dash of your vehicle. You will have access to the entire condo, community pool and spa. This condo is located on Kingsbury Grade "The Ridge" 8500ft next to Heavenly Ski Lift & The Rim Trail, just 10 minutes from Lake Access and the casinos. The are is very quiet at night and relaxing during the day. There is Safeway, Wholefoods, gas stations and coffee shops just minutes away. You are only 15 minutes to Zephyr Cove and 20 minutes from Sand Harbor! Over the years we have found that once you are here, you can just park and leave your car until you are leaving. Take a taxi or rideshare when going to the casinos, Lake Tahoe and Zephyr Cove or just about anywhere. The area is very safe and we have had no issues in the past. Food and Gas: it is highly recommended that you shop and fill up before you drive up the mountain. If you shop prior to, you will start your vacation off the minute you arrive. Safeway, Raley's Whole Foods is only 15 minutes from the condo and can be found in South Lake. There is a Costco also 30min down the mountain located in Carson City. Uber eats and others do deliver to the condo.
