This building has served many purposes over the last century and is now home to two boutique lofts, Dawn and Dusk. The City of Stone Mountain's downtown, known as "Stone Mountain Village," is situated about 16 miles from Atlanta, GA. An exurban community, it highlights natural beauty, small-city charm, and a true spirit of hospitality. Peruse downtown, with it's welcoming restaurants, laid-back nightlife, and rich history, all within walking distance. Buildings dating back to 1793 fill the park's Historic Square, with walking and biking paths into Stone Mountain Park. The Park is home to 3200 acres of outdoor activities and attractions, including hiking trails, a mountain summit path, and Stone Mountain Lake. Walk, drive, or rent a bike from the local bicycle shop. Stone Mountain Village also allows golf carts to be driven on city streets, as long as they are registered; recommendations for rentals are provided. - Please ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately. - The futon is designed for convenience over comfort. If you are sensitive to mattresses, the bed is recommended. **Please review sleeping arrangements carefully to ensure everyone will be comfortable.** - Train tracks run through downtown Stone Mountain, therefore you may hear a train, whistle, or feel a slight vibration as trains move through the city. -The trash will need to be taken to the curb on WEDNESDAY. We are happy to move the bins if you prefer. Please DO NOT place bins on the curb early, as this can result in a city citation.
