The Great Room is fantastic for movie nights, games and puzzles to be played with a new Bose surround a sound. There are many working stations and hi speed internet if you need to work remotely. Special Nantucket spot The house is three levels and has lots of natural light. Even if it’s raining out the house appears bright and warm. It is situated on a quiet private lot. The house has ocean views from the second and third floor, as well as a nice view of Sankaty lighthouse. Each room is equipped with smart TVs and hi speed internet. There are so many places to sit and enjoy views outside. There is a mahogany deck that goes the whole length of the house with a gas grill and dining area. There is a farmers porch that leads to a jacuzzi hot tub, and lastly a large deck with seating in an English garden. A new bluestone patio was just installed with a gas fire pit for outdoor dining as well. There is a long circular driveway with plenty of parking spaces and/ or places to park bikes. There is a large front entranceway to enter the house with keyless entry. I am always available to speak with my guests morning, afternoon and night. I’m also available to help you plan out your vacation on Nanticket prior to your arrival. I pride myself as being extremely responsive to all my guests during their stay. It’s a beautiful pastoral neighborhood with plenty of places to walk or ride your bikes. We are walking distance to the Narta bus station on Milestone road. There are bike paths that connect the island from one end of the island to the other. Tom Nevers Beach is a mile walk from house. The center of Sconset is biking distance and town is eight minutes away by car or bus transportation. I recommend Island Bikes for rentals. They deliver directly to the house as well as pick up with returning. We have plenty of parking areas for cars, Jeeps, etc, as well as bicycle parking. Car and Jeep rentals are available on island. Taxi service and Uber as well. The public transportation is very affordable and reliable as well. The Wave bus.
