Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom condo with community pool, tennis court, game room. Sleeps 6, two free assigned parking spots. Overlooks the Bay, one block to the beach! Convenient to all of Dewey nightlife, short trolley ride/walk to Rehoboth boardwalk. Please bring your own sheets (2 queen, 2 full), paper products and soap/cleaning products. Owner will communicate as little or as much as you need during your stay. You will have this entire cute 2 bedroom condo to yourselves. It sleeps 6, with a queen bedroom, queen sofa bed, and 2 full bunkbeds in the second bedroom. Located right on the Bay, Dewey restaurants and nightlife are just steps away. There is a community pool (electronic fob and pool pass is located inside the condo - please do not prop open the gate to the pool because it allows non-guests to enter which is a safety hazard), tennis courts and game room, and laundry facilities. Please bring linens for two queens and two full beds, towels and paper products. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located outside of the condo and because I'm off-site and the cleaners have a short window of time to get the place ready for the next guests, we ask guests to bring their own linens and sheets. Please turn off all lights and fans when you leave. After you enter the code to open the door - DO NOT TURN THE DOOR KNOB. PLEASE TURN THE DEADBOLT ABOVE FIRST. Otherwise it resets and then the tendency is to use force to try and open the door. There is a key code on the front door so no key is needed. Once you punch in the code, you only need to turn the deadbolt - NOT the door handle. You use the same code to lock the door, as it does not automatically lock behind you. Right in the heart of Dewey, views of the Bay, ocean is across the street one block away. A short trolley ride or nice walk to Rehoboth. A Jolly Trolly pickup is located right next door at the Rusty Rudder. It's a great way to get to Rehoboth Beach (two miles away and a great walk if you'd like!) and not have to worry about parking and traffic. Otherwise the condo comes with one guaranteed assigned parking spot, and another unassigned - first come first served - in the Cove Owners Association private lot. You DO NOT need a parking permit in the assigned space (labeled 205). You will need the unassigned pass which s located inside the guest book in the condo. Otherwise paid parking is available just outside the condo in the lot shared with the Hyatt Hotel. Please bring linens for a queen bed, queen sofa bed and two full mattresses as well as any towels you require. Please bring paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels. Please do not bring sand into the condo. There are showers outside to wash it off. Otherwise the tub gets clogged with sand. There is WiFi and cable television for your use.
