Welcome to our cozy place in the Town of Crested Butte! Located in the residential area of town, our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom duplex is in a family neighborhood yet a short walk to everything in town. Park your car at our place and never move it during your stay! We are a 3 minute walk to the nearest free shuttle stop to the ski resort, Clarke's Market, Irwin Brewing, and the new Center for the Arts building. Elk Avenue and all the restaurants and shops in town are a 10 min stroll away. We have two bedrooms and one bathroom on the lower (ground) level. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed. The ground floor bathroom has a bathtub. On our upper level is our living room, kitchen, second bathroom, deck and loft. With lots of windows, you will enjoy great sunlight and views all day long on our upper floor. We have books and movies for cozy winter nights and our sunny large deck for summer evenings. Our kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to make a meal on the nights you decide to stay in and we have plenty of recommendations for the nights you decide to eat out. Our large loft has two twin beds which, according to Town ordinance, can be used by long-term (30+ days) guests. The second floor bathroom has a shower. We have a full size washer and dryer on our second floor, a barbeque on our deck and we have two dedicated parking spaces. You’re welcome to stay at our place - it’s a great home base for world class skiing in the winter and mountaineering, hiking, biking and enjoying the Colorado sun in the summer! Our place is professionally cleaned by a company that follows all the Covid-19 cleaning recommendations by Airbnb. We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. Due to a severe allergy of a resident, pets are not possible. You will be staying in a duplex house with locals as neighbors in the other unit. You will have your own separate entrance and our entire home will be yours to enjoy. We have two outdoor parking spaces in front of our house dedicated to guests. - This is a entire condo; I will not be living in the space while guests are there You will be staying where the locals live. This is a family neighborhood where - summer or winter - you will see folks traveling by bicycle and kids playing. Walk to everything in Town! Take the free shuttle to the ski resort. And drive to your favorite hikes or bike rides. I am happy to be flexible with my check-in and check-out times if I do not another guest departing or arriving around your dates.
