The flooring is new, easy to clean vinyl throughout the suite. The living room makes the perfect place for guests to relax together, warmed by the instant gas fireplace, after a busy day at the Shakespeare Theatre, exploring downtown Ashland or Lithia Park. A range of books, games, and puzzles are provided for entertainment. You can watch Netflix, sports or cable on the 55 inch TV. Guests can enjoy breakfast at a cozy table seating for three or at a dining table that expands for 10. Some other conveniences are a laundry inside the suite and a new germ scrubbing filter that continually purifies the air. The new full kitchen with new appliences offers a wide range of amenities, including a Kurig coffeemaker, dishes and utensils, a dishwasher, blender, microwave and more. The host provides pantry items such as coffee and tea, olive oil, and basic spices. There is sleeping for up to eight guests with three bedrooms offering 1 king, 2 queen and one full. Each bedroom has its own desk and chairs. There is also a queen size futon in the living room. Two and a half bathrooms add to the comfort of the suite. It is in a level area and there are no steep hills to climb. Downtown offers the famous Oregon Shakespeare Festival, restaurants, Lithia Park, and Lithia Artisans Market. Ashland Food Coop, Minute Market, and many cafes and dog friendly parks are close by also. The local taxes are included in the price, account ID 527. Dogs are welcome on approval. This is a safe neighborhood with a corner grocery three blocks away. Ashland Hospital is 8 blocks away. You can watch the train at the end of the block where it crosses the street. The train runs twice a day, in the morning around 9:00AM and then in the afternoon around 3:00PM. The insulated remodel, new windows and black out curtains block the sounds well. There is free parking for 2 vehicles close to the building by the dog pen, with additional free parking available on the street. Many attractions are within walking distance. There is a quiet bus stop across the street. There is bicycle parking under the stairs for private bikes. There is a flight of stairs to access the Penthouse Suite on the second story.
