Come stay at your perfect gameday house! With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and plenty of couches to sleep on, the whole crew can crash while up visiting Penn State for graduations, events, or football weekends. Just 10 minutes from downtown State College and campus, you're ideally located for an easy drive in, but far enough out to get some rest afterwards. Mornings are best spent at the Naked Egg cafe (within 5 minute walking distance.) The house will be professionally cleaned before you arrive! With a fenced-in backyard located in a quiet neighborhood, you'll think you've found an oasis to return to after a long day of tailgating. A fully-functional kitchen, dining room, and living room will make you feel at home if you choose to forego the many restaurants in the area for a quieter meal in. There's enough off-street parking for 4 cars in the driveway, and a keypad on the front door allows for easy access without needing to arrange key pickups or dropoff. To check out, just lock up and ring the doorbell so that I know you're heading out. Many weekends I will be in town if you need me, but unless asked I will allow you the space to feel completely comfortable and at ease in your stay. This house is located on a cul-de-sac within a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. There's a wonderful breakfast place down the street, and plenty of space to park. If you don't want to deal with football traffic, my recommendation is to head down 45 or whitehall to Hills Plaza and take the gameday shuttle. This route will be about a 10 minute drive, and will have virtually no traffic, and the shuttle is very easy and reasonably priced.
