Holly's Harbor is a wheelchair accessible room on the first floor of the villa and shares a first floor wheelchair accessible bathroom. Located off the villa library, it has a queen size bed and a wonderful mountainside view. It is located through the library/media room and never too far from spaces you'll crave. This room has plenty of closet storage and space to curl up with your favorite book or significant other. Please note: this room is wheel chair accessible. The Villa's property is 100% wheel chair accessible via a steady graded sidewalk from the loading circle to rear entrance of the Villa. Holly's Harbor, Room 101 is located toward the rear of the first floor, through the den's pocket doors, then a quick turn to the right. Its rest room is also located toward the rear of the first floor just down the hall from the den then to the right. With the exception of your private bedroom and shared bathroom, the majority of the Villa's first floor is considered public use space. This includes a combination living room/great room with fireplace, library/media room, entertaining family room, and multiple patios. The kitchen is available for limited use. This means guests are invited to use the toaster oven or microwave units to warm food and the refrig to store items that need to be chilled, but extensive preparation of food ie. baking, frying, roasting, boiling, etc. is discouraged in the kitchen. Grilling is allowed on the dining room deck for a supplemental service charge of 5.00 per reservation period. Guests are invited to roam the trails throughout the 6 acres on Blue Ridge Peaks or play in the cool Roche River that runs through the Singing Springs Villa's estate. It is important as your host that you feel comfortable and safe at Singing Springs. I strive to exceed your expectations. Hike and bike the Blue Ridge Mountain Region of Virginia for beauty and enjoyment. The Appalachian trail passes within two miles of the house, so work up the appetite exploring the many trails of the Shenandoah National Park just above your bedroom window. (Access to the Blue Ridge parkway entrance 18 minutes away). Uber and area cab service is available along with limited county bus service. Also customized limo service and tours are available upon request. Wine tour operators are popular and recommended.
