No Pets Permitted. - Guest renting property must be 25 years or older and is fully responsible for the property during stay - NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY OR ON ANY DECKS, BALCONIES, AND/OR PORCHES - NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS - number of guest cannot exceed the occupancy of the property - Check-in Instructions: check-in is at 4:00pm on date of arrival and you will come to the Property Management office and pick up your check in packet. DO NOT go to the property as this will delay your check-in time. - Checkout Instructions: checkout is at 10:00am no exceptions. You will go to the Property Management office to drop off your keys. Before departure, put all trash in plastics bags and place in the outside garbage containers or dumpster. Wash all dishes or load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. Strip beds of linens and put mattress pads and comforters back on. Please rented linens on front porch in a bundle. Check carefully for clothing and personal items before you depart.
