Remodeled log cabin, brings all the high end amenities with rustic charm. Our 2 bedroom 1 bath, has a great open concept floor plan to accommodate all different traveling groups. This adorable rustic cabin is unique with offering DISCOUNTED Glacier Highline Park Passes. As well as it's accessibility to Glacier, it's located off HWY 2 in Coram so has great amenities all around. The interior of Glacier Highline’s Red Cabin offers a queen bed in bedroom #1, while bedroom #2 is large and has (2) queen beds. There also is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, with extra bedding and linens provided. The cabin is stocked with high quality bedding as well as high quality nicely maintained linens throughout the home, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with stainless steel appliances, utensils, dishes, as well as coffee pot and some complimentary coffee and supplies. Our eat-in kitchen seats up to 8 around the large custom poured concrete island. The living room is a great place to relax after a long day of adventures. Cool off and enjoy our large flatscreen TV with DirectTV and streaming channels provided, along with our window A/C. The bathroom features a beautiful walk-in tile shower along with a large vanity. You will also find a front load washer and dryer for your use during your stay if needed, though we do not provide laundry supplies. Just 7 miles from Glacier's West entrance, this log cabin is just perfect for your MT home away from home. Located right in Coram, there are multiple restaurants within walking distance, two family fun park right on either side of the property as well as right near a local distillery. Right at Glacier Highline you can find the best food and drinks this side of the Middle Fork of the Flathead River. Serving up great breakfast, I suggest the Farm to Market Sandwich. Lots of great lunch/ snack and early dinner options! Fresh hand pattied burgers with curly fries or try the BBQ pork nachos. The taco salad also can’t be beat- their whole menu is always a HIT! Follow up your meal with a great Montana Coffee Traders coffee, huckleberry Italian soda or a scoop (or two) of Sweet Peaks ice cream. On the move? They can wrap anything to go so you don’t have to slow down your days adventure! Glacier Taphouse and Pizza is another great option in Coram. They have a variety of different options for lunch or dinner. Enjoy a fresh salad after a long hike or relax after the Highline Trail and enjoy a slice of pizza and a local brew on tap! They are also serving up some great food and bar snacks until late so if you get off the trail later than expected this is your stop! All of this within a “country mile”?! It’s true! Coram is a great place to hang your hat on your vacation.. and we have just the place for you to hang- Reserve one of our great spots today!! There is no public transportation anywhere near us- a good rental car is definitely a must! We do live along the Great Northern Rail line that run all across our great Nation. We get to watch great industrious things go by upon its rails, though it does use it's horn through our town crossing. **WINTER GUESTS: If you're not familiar with Montana snow, know that it comes down hard and fast. We'll do our best to keep the driveway plowed during storms, but several inches per hour is not uncommon, and can be difficult to manage at times. We have a plow company on contract that swings by when there is snow, but heavy storms can occasionally cause delays of their arrival. We also have snow shovels on hand for your use just in case.
