You can cook outside on the built in outdoor grill. You can probably squeeze four into the 3-person hot tub. The front door of the apartment opens onto a lovely courtyard with a large old apple tree, a grassy area, and a plum tree. The apartment has a dedicated parking space just a few steps from the back door in a private lot. You have the private back yard and hot tub all to yourselves. The middle courtyard is shared by all condo owners. I am often available to meet you upon arrival and check you in myself, but if not, I will have my apartment manager greet you.
